It was a complete frame-off restoration in approximately 2006 by Larry Willette. The car changed hands a couple of times but remained in Florida until it was bought in 2012 by the Branson Auto & Farm Museum where it was on display until the last owner bought it in 2021. All new rubber weather strip, new glass front and back, original glass on the sides. New GM hose kit with Factory-looking clamps. Factory-looking battery and cables. Power front disc brakes, New brake booster, Stainless steel brake lines. Original style gauges with auxiliary gauges under the dash (Water temperature in oil pressure) T3 headlights, seat belts with shoulder strap, new carpet, new dash, modern FM radio. Has a new rubber trunk mat, spare tire with cover, tools, and jack. Runs STRONG, drives FANTASTIC, and sounds MEAN. Approximately 5,000 miles since built/restored.
